The venue is fairly clean, the staff is helpful. The location is marvellous, close enough to several restaurants and shopping, Plaza de Bolivar, and a grocery store which was helpful - couldn't be better. Also, it is 10 minutes drive from Royal William Yard...

This place is located in a great area, just a short walk away from several restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. You can even find a nice spot for dessert nearby. Masala'z Indian Takeaway is also pretty close if you're in the mood for some tasty Indian food. 🍽️.

Booked this place for its great location near restaurants, shopping, a bus line, and the downtown, right across from a grocery store which was convenient.

The bed was comfortable and the hot water plumbing worked well. the staff were polite and responsive to concerns.

Be warned that the breakfast area is situated on the same level as the rooms, which can result in a lot of noise in the morning. the garage opens up to the atrium, which can lead to pollution and sound issues.

Friendly Staff, Great Location, Comfortable Room During my recent stay, I had a comfortable room with an amazing bathroom and hot water. the staff was extremely friendly, even helping me with my terrible Spanish upon check, in. the hotel's location in the downtown area was key for me, with a park, several restaurants and shops nearby. there was a small grocery store across the street, which was very convenient.

Noisy Breakfast, Worn, out Towels, Plain Breakfast One downside was that the breakfast area was noisy in the morning, with silverware and people going back and forth. the towels in the room were a bit worn, out, but usable nonetheless.

The hotel lacked natural light and ventilation. The enclosed atrium where the garage opened to was a design flaw, as it caused noise and pollution, and made the room hot.
